The Cleaver Club is back this winter. This exclusive event celebrates our butchery and kitchen teams working together to create an unforgettable meat dining experience.

What to Expect
When you arrive, you will be welcomed to your table with a drink and nibbles. After you settle in, you will be invited to meet our expert butchers who will guide you through an interactive experience where you can explore a variety of cuts of meat. You may choose your favourite cut or try something new.
Your chosen cut will then go to our kitchen team. Our chefs will prepare it to your liking, garnish it carefully, and serve it with sauces and sides of your choice.
This is a unique evening that combines butchery, cooking and dining. Take your time and savour every bite.
