We are excited to announce the return of the Cleaver Club this winter! This exclusive event is a celebration of our BUTCHERY and KITCHEN coming together to bring you an unforgettable meat dining experience.

Event Details:

• Dates: Friday 21st March | Friday 25th April
• Time: Arrive at your booked time slot starting from 6pm

What to Expect:

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed to your table where you can enjoy a drink and some delightful nibbles such as Arreton Valley root vegetable crisps, puffed up pork skins and smoked almonds. After you’ve settled in, you will be shown to the butchery whereby our expert team will guide you through an interactive experience. You’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of cuts of meat, tailored to your tastes, or even try something new that excites your interest!

Once you’ve selected your preferred cut of meat, it will be transferred to our kitchen team, where our talented chefs will prepare it to your liking. Each dish will be garnished and served with a carefully chosen garnish, and served with your choice of sauces and sides.

Indulge in this unique experience of butchery and cooking, and make the most of your evening by savoring every bite!

Tickets:

Tickets to The Cleaver Club are priced at £20 per person, which includes:

• Entry into the Cleaver Club
• A plate of nibbles upon arrival
• A grill charge which covers your selected cut of meat prepared and cooked by our team of chefs
• Your selected cut of meat will be garnished with roasted Isle of Wight vine on tomatoes and a baked gremolata topped Portobello mushroom
